Processing Time

All items at Eclectic Suds, LLC. are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free Economy shipping.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and location and are estimated separately from processing time.

 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at eclecticsudsllc@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
