Return & Refund Policy

 

At Eclectic Suds, LLC., every item is handcrafted to order using clean, high-quality ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review our policy below.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at eclecticsudsllc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Unopened, Unused Items

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email eclecticsudsllc@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or gifted items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Order Cancellations

Since items are made to order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.
